Welcome to Oloirien Africa Safaris. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, bookings, and any travel services we offer. By accessing our website or confirming a reservation, you agree to comply with the following terms.

• All bookings must be made in writing via email or through our official website.
• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation.
• The balance is due 14 days before your safari start date.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, paypal, Mpesa or approved payment platforms. All payment details will be shared securely upon confirmation.

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• The following charges apply:
  • More than 60 days before travel: full refund minus bank/transaction fees
  • 30–59 days: 50% refund of total payments.
  • Less than 30 days: no refund
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.
• In the event of force majeure (e.g. pandemic, natural disaster), we will work with you to reschedule your trip or offer a credit, subject to partner policies.

• We will do our best to accommodate itinerary changes after confirmation.
• Significant changes may incur additional costs depending on availability, accommodations, or third-party provider rules.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and travel insurance.
• Comprehensive travel insurance (including medical and cancellation coverage) is strongly recommended.

• Safari activities may involve inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
• Oloirien Africa Safaris and its partners will take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety, but we are not liable for injuries, delays, losses, or damages arising from acts beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for changes caused by weather, wildlife behavior, airline schedules, or governmental restrictions.

• All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Oloirien Africa Safaris and may not be reproduced without written permission.
• You agree not to misuse the website or engage in any unlawful activities while using it.

• We collect and store personal information solely to facilitate bookings and improve our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
